Sanctions policy
KeyBS will not perform verifications for entities on consolidated sanctions lists, and will not deliver verifications into embargoed jurisdictions. We notify customers when their request is refused on sanctions grounds.
Refused business
- •Entities listed on UN, OFAC, EU, UK HMT, or Swiss SECO consolidated lists
- •Countries subject to comprehensive US, EU, or UK embargoes
- •Entities owned 50%+ by sanctioned parties (OFAC 50% rule)
