30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases from KeyBS Trust Intelligence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all KeyBS orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and use the order ID from your purchase receipt, or
- Email us at support@keybs.io and we will assist you with the refund request.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle. Bank processing times typically add 5–10 business days before funds appear on your statement.
