About

Built because supplier verification was lying about itself.

KeyBS was founded by a procurement-fraud investigator and a sanctions-screening engineer who kept finding the same pattern: vendors promising "global verification" while quietly relying on registry scrapers that returned almost nothing for the countries that mattered most. We built the opposite — one platform, honest about what each country supports, with analysts and on-the-ground agents where registries fall short.

How we operate

Honest tier disclosure

Every country page states the exact verification depth available and what is explicitly out of scope. No 'global verification' marketing dressed over Tier 1 registry pulls.

Evidence over score

A KeyBS report is the underlying evidence, not a single composite number. Confidence scoring is published, versioned, and never applied retroactively.

Named human accountability

Every decision carries the senior analyst's name and the peer reviewer's name. Agents who conduct site visits sign their photo logs.

Refusals are reported

When a supplier won't cooperate, we say so — we don't quietly downgrade to a softer 'unable to verify' euphemism. The buyer sees what was attempted and what failed.

Who we are

A distributed team across Frankfurt, Nairobi, São Paulo, and Singapore — chosen so the sun never fully sets on supplier review and so analyst expertise is rooted in regional language and registry knowledge, not translated from a single hub.
